Abstract
In summary, our contribution contains two main focuses, which are interwoven with each other: the generation, activation, and use of knowledge during the process of finding a solution in the procedure of creative design, and the knowledge safeguarding in terms of often unnoticed artefacts of work (concretion) in the design process (sketches, material models).
