Natural law in Germany in the 20th century

Abstract
Despite at least three revivals during the 20th century, natural law seems to have lost its importance at the end of the past millennium. Natural law theory as well as its subject of investigation has shifted from the philosophy of law to ethics. Natural law is no longer regarded as law in the strict sense of the concept.
