Spaces between indigenous and non-indigenous knowledge systems
pp. 259-278
Abstract
There are multiple ways of experiencing, knowing and communicating. In our shared doctoral experience as an Indigenous candidate and a non-Indigenous supervisor, Treahna and I developed a relationship which was underpinned by the Indigenous concept of Deep Listening. Deep Listening is a concept which appears in many Aboriginal languages in Australia.
