"You should have known better!"
a phenomenological inquiry into the mechanics of ethical education
pp. 157-170
Abstract
The following essay is a tentative overview of the phenomenology of ethics. In it I attempt to put HusserTs method and some of his works to use in reaching a phenomenological characterization of the ethical predicament. I do so without any other reference to the excellent work by A. Roth,1 than taking from it the term, value, or "worth" (Wert). The work concerns itself more with the "logic" of "worth" than with the description of the phenomenological genesis attempted here.
